Sun bought D250-1Br. It is my second netbook as a replacement for the old original Acer Aspire One 8GB SSD model. While in the store, I asked for the device and check for dead pixels, and so luckily found none. Made this video when I got home. The battery has about 1.5-2 hours to 100% free and wifi on and brightness at the lowest, Windows displays a 6-hour battery life. When playing one of the included demo (platform-style) games in Acer Arcade, the battery meter is only 3 hours.I would be very happy if I had 6 hours tops you find on this thing when surfing on the Internet, and doing some light work in OpenOffice. What's in the Box: All the normal stuff warranty, Quick Start Guide, 6-cell battery, red AOD250, power supply and cables and a soft case. This fits well netbook with 6 cell battery shown in the soft case, as in the video. - NO or restore CD with software, the user is encouraged to create recovery CDs that use the first time, but an external CD / DVD burner is not required. The business alsoCheapo contained a series of free stuff with every purchase such as a notebook cooling pad, laptop lock, USB mouse, LCD cleaning kit, etc. Obviously, the device has been tested and installed by the dealer set up AVG and memory-specific warranty sticker glued to the device. This is a common practice here in Malaysia and is also why we can ask for dead pixels before paying the check. So far everything is working out of the box. I have the Bluetooth, which has tried to install a few seconds(Driver and configuration), as it was switched on for the first time. I transferred photos from my phone to the AOD250 via BT and it worked smoothly. One of my biggest gripe was with the old trackpad, was used for pain relief. The trackpad on this one is much nicer and smoother. My device is running Windows XP Home, Microsoft Works and a 60-day trial version of Office 2007. All in all, I'm glad I held it by the 751 which I also under consideration. The size is ideal for taking on the roador on vacation. It is improving in leaps and bounds compared to my old A110, feels react much faster and better.
